Project Description

The school was given the following name: "AI Semey General Secondary Lyceum School No.50."

Space-planning characteristics of the building:

The project envisages the construction of a 4-story school. The facility is located in the square of the intersection of Berel, Zhana, Tarbagatayskaya, and Moldagaliyev streets.

The spatial planning and structural solutions of the building under design were made taking into account functional and process, sanitary and hygienic, architectural and compositional, technical and economic conditions and structures, and constructive solutions agreed upon with the customer, taking into account local construction conditions.

The thickness of the building's enclosing structures is adopted in accordance with the requirements of sanitary standards and energy-saving conditions.

The school is designed as a whole complex of different heights, with a single school-wide center.

The building in plan is a complex U-shape structure and is divided by expansion joints into four blocks.

A type 1 firewall is envisaged at the place of the expansion joint of blocks 1 and 2.

The geometric dimensions in plan (in axes 1-23 - A-KK) are 98.64 x 96.04 m.

The dimensions in plan (in axes 1-23 - А-ЛЛ) are 97.75 x 95.15 m.

Number of floors - 2, 3, 4 floors;

The building has a utility basement and an attic;

The height of the premises to the bottom of the supporting structures (or drop ceilings):

  • utility basement -1.95, 2.25 m;
  • premises of floor 1 - 3.0, 3.65, 3.95 m;
  • premises of floor 2-4 - 3.0, 3.3 m;
  • assembly and sports halls - 7.3, 7.72 m; and
  • attic - 1.87, 2.17 m.

Left-hand illumination is envisaged in the classrooms.

The light coefficient is the ratio of the area of the glazed surface to the floor area; at least 1:5 is accepted in educational premises and the gym;

For classrooms with a classroom depth of over 6.0 meters, a right-hand illumination is envisaged, see "ЭО";

Classrooms, a playroom, a gym, and workshops, except for computer science, drawing, and art studio rooms, which allow C and C3 orientation of windows, are provided with the required indoor insolation for at least 2.0 hours per day (see "РЧ.ИП").

One-sided lighting is envisaged in the gym.

Access of low-mobility groups of the population (LMGP) to the building, to the first-floor level, is envisaged by means of 4 external ramps.

Access to the upper floors is envisaged by means of two passenger elevators designed for access by fire and escape departments of LMGP in the case of emergency, SHANDONG FUJIZY ELEVATOR CO., LTD, model FJKW-X-8000-1, with a load capacity of 1,350 kg, see "ТХ."

The building provides LMGP access to all educational and administrative premises, except for the kitchen production facilities.

For the escape of LMGP with elevators, safety zones are envisaged on each floor, provided with separate escape exits to the outside, at the first-floor level.

There is a separate entrance to the building for pre-school and primary grades.

The building is conditionally divided into three parts, i.e. the left academic wing (Blocks 1 and 2), the central school-wide part (Blocks 2 and 3), and the right educational wing (Block 4).

Technical and auxiliary premises are located in the basement and in the attic.

The building has two main entrances, the first in Block 2 for middle and high school students and the second in Block 4 for preschool and elementary school students. In accordance with SN RK 3.02-11-2011, SP RK 3.02-111-2012, SN RK 3.02-07-2014, and SP RK 3.02-107-2014, the project envisages block-by-block placement of educational zones, with a conditional distribution of students in pre-school, junior, middle, and senior classes.

Blocks 1 and 2 are designed for middle (grades 5-9) and senior (grades 10-11) students of the school. The classrooms of the middle and high schools are conditionally separated by floors. Students of grades 5-9 occupy the premises on floors 1-3. Students of grades 10-11 occupy the premises of floor 4. Computer science, physics, chemistry, and biology classrooms are common to all middle and high school parallels. This ensures minimal contact between students from each level of education.

Block 4 is designed for preschool students (grade 0 on floor 1) and elementary school students (grades 1-4 on floors 2 and 3). At the same time, students of grades 1 and 2 are placed on floor 2 and students of grades 3 and 4 are placed on floor 3, respectively.
